Job Title: CNA/CMA

Brief Job Description/Summary: Certified Nurse Aide works under
the supervision of the charge nurse, providing personal care to residents’
comfort and safety. Certified Nurse Aide will be called upon to help residents
with getting in and out of bed, dressing, grooming, feeding, bathing, going to
the bathroom, other personal hygiene. Certified Nurse Aides will be called upon
to provide basic treatments as required and directed by the nursing staff,
under the Nurse Aide Certification.
Certified Nurse Aides are responsible for observing and reporting
changes in residents’ physical and emotional conditions to the supervisors.
List of Job Duties:
- Report
to work when schedule and on time.
- Remain
in the work area, leaving only for break, lunch, or with the express permission
of the supervisor.
- Receive
the daily report and assignment from the supervisor.
- Participate
in all in-service meetings and CEU’s are required (12 hours per year)
- Carry
out and follow al facility personnel policies and procedures.
- Help
maintain a clean environment for residents, abiding by safety rules, performing
accident free work, following procedures for safe lifting and the transfer of
residents, prevention of falls, monitoring residents security, and the safety
of the wandering,
Required Experience and/or Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities: CNA/CMA license

Job Title: RN/LPN

Brief Job Description/Summary: Basic Nurse Duties
List of Job Duties:
- IV’s
Ports are maintained (Registered Nurse Only)
- Assigns
nurses’ aides to assure the most effective utilization of staff and makes
changes as necessary based in the resident caseload.
- Respond
to nurse call systems, bed alarms, and door alarms to ensure the safety and
security of all residents.
- Provides
emergency care including arranging for ambulance and paramedics as needed.
- Assures
residents care plans are developed upon admission and updates for condition
changes.
- Assure
residents select meals, receive alternative meal choices, and that the meals
are served in a timely manner. Assure that residents with special diets receive
that proper diet.
- Serve
as employee health nurse, conducting and arranging pre-employment physicals and
TB test.

Job Title: Activities Assistant

Brief Job Description/Summary: The Activities Coordinator is a
full time/part time staff member qualified by experience and /or training to
direct group activities and may be responsible for supervising activities. The
Activity Coordinator will work varying hours over a seven-day week dependent
upon the need to provide the most effective service to our residents.
List of Job Duties:
Lead or assist in activities.
- Plan
and organize activities in cooperation with the Activity Director
- Assist
in completing activity assessments under the direction of the Activity Director
- Assist
in creating a home-like atmosphere in the health care facility.
- Decorate
the building boards.
- Assist residents with personal telephone calls
if needed.
