Distinctly Different
Leadership Marshalltown is a 9-month course that introduces a leadership framework for individual development, organizational success, and community progress. Up to 30 individuals are selected to represent a cross section of the community and bring diverse strengths to the team.
Tuition for 2026/2027 is $1,000 per person, which includes 90 contact hours, 10 days, all materials, and meals. Sponsorship by an employer or organization is encouraged but not required. Partial scholarships may be available for individuals who are not funded by an agency or business.

Please note! All participants must attend opening retreat in full. Acceptance to the program is contingent upon this. Participants missing more than two sessions will be asked to leave the program. We ask that everyone does their best to avoid other commitments during class time, as stepping out early or mid-day disrupts both your learning and the group experience.
