Family Development Specialist – Marshalltown, IA

We’re looking for a compassionate, committed and determined person with a passion for working with families to fill a full-time position with our Family Development and Self-Sufficiency (FaDSS) Program.  In this position you will provide strength-based services to enrolled families in Marshall County.  Through home visits you will guide, support, and nurture families towards economic and emotional self-sufficiency.  You will help families break down goals that seem out of reach into small steps that will lead to success.

Required:  Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work of Family/Human Services or closely related field
