2020 Chamber Experience Trips

The Marshalltown Area Chamber of Commerce is once again offering two Experience Trips in 2020.

In the Spring, the domestic trip will be to Washington D.C. and Williamsburg. Soak in the American history with visits to Arlington National Cemetary, World War II Memorial, the Smithsonian, U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Williamsburg, Mt. Vernon, Jamestown and Yorktown, along with a twilight tour of the monuments and memorials in our nation’s capitol city. That excursion departs May 14, 2020.

In the fall, travelers will explore exotic Thailand. This 8-day international trip departs October 13, 2020, and will feature Bangkok city Tour, the Emerald Buddha Temple, Silom Village, Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Kanchanabury, Thailand-Burma Railway museum, Bridge over the River Kwai, and the Grand Palace.

Chamber Experience Trips offer travelers a unique experience, focusing on familiarization with different parts of the country and world in order to foster a deeper understanding of people groups, economies, and other cultures.
