    This trail has 28 bridges and crosses the Iowa River. Pass through grasslands, wetlands, lowland forests and a river bottom. Walk, bike or jog the undisturbed beauty of Iowa.

    This hard-surfaced linear trail with several loops. Trailheads are Riverview Park, Peterson Park, Judge Park, Nicholson Ford Woodland/Wetland/Iowa River, Lennox Park and Mega 10.
    The Linn Creek trail connects to the following trails.

    Stretching across more than 6,800 miles and 15 states, the ADT is the only coast-to-coast, non-motorized recreational trail linking communities, cities, parks and wilderness.

    Heart of Iowa Nature Trail

    A cooperative effort of the Story and Marshall County Conservation Boards, this 32-mile segment of the former Milwaukee railroad from Slater to Melbourne forms the basis for a recreational trail corridor.

    Highway 330 Trail
    The 10.22 mile segment was constructed to connect the Linn Creek Greenbelt Parkway from Grimes Farm to Melbourne which connects to the Heart of Iowa Nature Trail and is a part of the American Discovery Trail.
