Job Title: Family Development Partnership Manager 2 (Marshall and Story Counties)
Location: Marshall and Story County
Brief Job Description/Summary: This position is responsible for the
coordination and development of internal and external partnerships in the
assigned counties. Advocates and garners community support for low-income families
and the work of MICA. Directs emergency services in assigned counties.
Facilitates collaboration with staff housed within assigned family development
centers. Responsible for the management of food pantries in assigned counties.
Ensures efficient operations of family development facilities. This position
supervises Family Development Workers at assigned sites. Ongoing professional
development and an excellent benefit package including generous paid leave.
Fulltime position, $24.03 per hour.
Required Experience and/or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or family/human services or closely related field
• 3 years of experience working directly with families
• Supervisory experience
• Proven successful experience in grant writing and/or other resource development or fundraising
