Tai Chi for Arthritis & Improved Mobility

This Tai Chi for Arthritis (TCA), by Dr. Paul Lam, uses Sun Style of Tai Chi, an easy, safe and effective program to increase mobility, relaxation and health using slow and continuous motions. Participants learn TCA form; warm up and cool down exercises; integration into existing exercises and activities for individual capabilities and limitations. Minimum participants: 5
