Enjoy a leisurely Sunday afternoon paddle down the Iowa River. Join naturalist Emily Herring as we explore from Furrow Access to Three Bridges Park on Sunday, October 15. Participants will meet at Furrow Access at 2:00 p.m. to line up shuttles. Bring your fishing rod or binoculars as we meander down the river hopping sand bars looking for treasures. Marshall County Conservation will have a very limited number of canoes and kayaks available for participants to rent. There will be a $10 boat fee for all those renting boats from Marshall County Conservation. The rental period will be for the float only. Youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration and payment is required by October 6 before 4:00 p.m. by calling the Conservation Center at 641-752-5490.
